Refund Policy

We accept returns for the following:

Items that arrive damaged.

We offer a full refund to your original payment method once the item is returned to us.

Items that are incorrect + return postage.

You may choose to receive store credit or have the correct item sent to you.

And we accept store credit refunds for the following:

products that are unopened and unused.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once the product has been opened. or falsely damaged items.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

how to start a return

  1. Email us at manta.organicshq@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item showing the issue.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and next steps.

  3. Refunds will be processed once your item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item
