All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after the payment is received. you'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time is 3-8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Once dispatched, Manta Organics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Please note that deliveries to rural or remote areas may take slightly longer, and shipping may be delayed during peak holiday periods.

lost or stolen packages
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Manta Organics is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Once a parcel has been marked as ‘delivered’ by the courier, Manta Organics cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items. Please contact the courier directly for assistance in these cases.
